Record Number of Americans Honored by Charity That Carries Princess Diana's Name on Her Birthday

On the day that would have been Princess Diana’s 58th birthday, some of the young people inspired to help their communities around the world in her name are being honored.

The Diana Award, which was established in her memory 20 years ago and has the support of her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, announced the largest number of young people from the U.S. joining roll of honor

Nineteen young people from across the U.S. are listed in the rundown of award winners. One is being hosted at special evening at the House of Lords, Westminster, London on Monday.

This one I believe was given to me by a relative who got it from another relative or something like that, never was quite sure which one of them originally had it. I don’t have much of a connection to this one at all but I do know a couple songs on it. Unfortunately there is a pretty good chunk of records I have that were given to me or that I just bought really cheap out of curiosity or because I recognized just one song and this is one of those. It’s one of the older ones I have and Mrs. Robinson is on it which is great. Sorry there’s not anything more special about this number. I had to dig to find it because it was in a box in my closet instead of with the ones I actually did buy lol

Not all my records are full albums and I’m glad I got this one when I did because anything Daft Punk related is hard to come by right now. This was one of the first I bought when I started buying for my little collection. I never thought I’d have well over 200 at the time, but it felt appropriate started off with this as one of the first. It’s not the very first one, but it’s a song that I have lots of great memories attached to and along with the full album it’s very important to me still.

I decided to go off of album title instead of artist because that mixes it up much better. not a whole lot special about this one, its a classic and bohemian rhapsody was one of the first songs i ever remember latching onto as a kid so thats special i guess. its just a fun time you know. wish there was something a little more in depth to share with this one lol. i wish i had been alive to see them live.
