i'm pretty sure the writers have said that bellamy is in fact half-filipino and that him and octavia have separate fathers, but i wish they actually addressed it like??? they do way too much of telling and not enough showing if you ask me.
lol oh??? when you think youâre being clever and then its already a thing :â) haha. but no youâre right, they really should acknowledge it in the show. b/c itâs important to his characterization that heâs a MOC you know and not just a white guy. But I think another problem with the 100â˛s writers is that they like to say things like, âOh, itâs the future, we donât have labels for sexuality, we donât have to talk about it,â so I imagine in terms of addressing race theyâre sort of the same way.
