Damnit, we donāt ever know when to quit
Should keep our mouths shut, but now I donāt give a shit
So what if I speak my mind, aināt like people will care
Iām done sitting here, just waiting to be hit
Iām sick of politicians acting like they know what to do
When it comes to the young ones I bet they donāt have a clue
āCause they donāt see the individuals in dire need of aid
When they got money up their asses and more to be made
Thatās their stubborn way of fixing it, that is their reality
Think issues will be solved by drowning them in money
Acting like it all will work out by claiming they agree
How about they grow a pair and go start fixing our society
They make changes all around that in turn will change the folk
When people start complaining it gets turned into a joke
How blind can they be, canāt see either the fire or the smoke
Or that people will get hurt for every stupid word they spoke
They claim that they care, but is that statement really true
āCause they canāt take criticism without bringing out the crew
And there somebody died, look whoās first to say sorry for your loss
So hungry for attention, but so picky deciding where to cross
As things around are changing, they expect you to adapt
Before you know it, it feels like you have long been trapped
And you can never seek for help without getting labeled wrong
Your mind is diagnosed as flawed and thatās why you donāt belong
Then you need medicine to fix your personality
Or maybe they decide to send you straight to therapy
Because you cannot say you donāt fit into their society
Theyāll make changing your mind into their first priority
If someone doesnāt belong, then they are taken aside
If they donāt fit in then they never really tried
So the people at the top canāt help but save their pride
And nobody is taken seriously until somebody has died
