People who have tattoos have higher levels of anger than non-tattooed people. Although there is a correlation, tattoos does not cause anger and anger does not cause tattoos. There is most likely a third (or more) variable(s) such as environment, genes, childhood development, etc.. So tattooed people are more agressive and this is why many women find tattoos sexy. An aggressive male is a dominant male, and thus aggression is linked to a desireable trait in humans. Aggressive males may offer protection.
