Someone messaged me asking about commissions. Seemed very bot-like. I can't tell if this is a more sophisticated bot or what, but when given a photo of a puppy "belonging to their son", I found the exact same photos all over Instagram using reverse image search. They wanted to know where I lived.
Be careful! That raised a red flag right away and I blocked them to play it safe.
On the topic of commissions... I don't know... I could, I guess? I'm just nervous about it. I've had bad experiences in the past, including a rather recent one from ao3. Not gonna name names, as I think they have an account here possibly, but I was deceived and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
For now I'm gonna say no, I'm not available for commissions. If that changes I'll make a post about it. But this just... Really put me off it.
