also. i can't bring myself to talk about this potential good work stuff with anyone not even my mum (who i called after the appointment i just didn't talk about the appointment). and it's not just bc i'm scared nothing will actually come of it... it's also bc i believe i don't deserve it and deep down i think nothing good will happen bc it's stupid to think i of all people would deserve a promotion or something like that..... so telling someone else it might happen? just for it to obviously not happen? embarrassing
