4.Both authors simply examine how specific countries deal with transgender people, whether it is government officials personally talking to transgender people or whether it is legislation for people in the transgender community. The authors touch on both the strides and obstacles for this community mainly focusing on the fact that globally there is still a long way to go before significant change is made towards how governments view gender idndetity.
