Haven’t read anything like this in a minute, and it’s fun, albeit a little disturbing.

I’m a firm believer that books can be sometimes pushed towards you by the universe. Why these are the three pushed toward me and that I was interested in this week - I’m not sure. I’m on this nonfiction journey this week and I guess we’ll see how it shapes up.

Do you like reading? I absolutely love to read, my passion for books is like nothing else. I have very few passions. I can be artistic. I like to draw and paint, I love to take photographs but these are all things I like to do, but I don’t need to do them everyday. Its possible to compare reading to essentials in my life like taking a shower or brushing my teeth. Both of which I like to do but mostly because I don’t like the outcome if I don’t do them. Reading, however i need to do but I also like to do it and want to do it and love doing it. Im not a passionate person, I don’t play any instruments and Im not into sports. Like some people need to run everyday, its both relaxing and comforting. I don’t have any passions except reading. Ive had different “fad” passions throughout the years, you know things you become obsessed with but they always fade away. Never reading though, it is something that will never fall at the waistline. On top of that I don’t really have a specific genre I only stick to. Mostly fiction, but Ill read anything that I think is good, mystery, fantasy, literature, YA, beat writers…. I mean the list is endless. Not a huge fan of trashy writing and not really into sci-fi but like I said if its good Ill give it a try. I have been doing a lot of research about book reviews. Blogs, instagram and pinterest have been my main hubs. Most of what I find is YA adult, which sure if written well can be very good, but I can’t read too much of it and the other have been bestseller reviews. Its understandable, they are popular so more people read them and write their opinions about them. I however want to write reviews/ brief synopsis about everything. Everything I like to read, didn’t enjoy, books Ive reread so many times Ive had to buy multiple new copies. Books I have every version of, including hardcopy, paperback, ebook, first edition, rewrites… etc. Books that other people really enjoyed but I thought were ridiculous. Books I couldn’t get through. I want to touch all basis and I truly hope it helps someone. Maybe someone will pick up a book they never imagined they would read or maybe I will be the final push to get someone to read something they maybe teeter tottered. I just want to pass on my passion and I hope someone will pick it up, even if its only for a hundred pages.
