NICE CREAM MOONCAKE by #RawChefYin. Got new silicone moulds for my mooncake from Lazada. Silly me, I didn’t check the measurements so it turned out smaller than I expected. But it’s ok, the patterns are beautiful. Have been recipe testing for my upcoming demo, here’s the results.
