Red cabbage, Green cabbage Red onion carrots

dressing, Cider vinegar   nut oil chill flakes fennel seeds himalayan salt fresh cracked pepper

Slice the cabbages and onion match stick thin and grate carrot. In a large bowl put all dressing ingredients and give a good mix then add the vegetables  and mix and squeeze massage the ingredients together with your hands till vegetables is as soft as you would like. (the fun part) Then leave to rest for minimum 20minutes so the flavours can mix!!
