RBSE Rajasthan Board Class 8 Result 2025 Release Date: The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) is expected to announce the Class 8 Board Exam Result 2025 today. The official declaration will be made by the Registrar of Education Departmental Examinations in Bikaner. Once the results are announced, students can view their results on the official portals: rajshaladarpan.nic.in and rajpsp.nic.in. To access the result, students will need their roll number and date of birth.

The Class 8 RBSE exams were conducted between March 20 and April 2, 2025, with over 12 lakh students registered for the examination this year. The results are now in the final stages of processing and are expected to be made available today.

Previous Year's Results: In 2024, the RBSE Class 8 exams saw over 13 lakh students registered, with 12,33,702 students passing, marking an overall pass percentage of 94.50%. The results were declared on May 17, 2024, and students could access their scorecards by entering their roll number and either their district name or date of birth.

2023 Result Overview: For the 2023 RBSE Class 8 exams, a total of 12,50,800 candidates appeared, out of which 11,97,321 passed, resulting in a slightly higher pass percentage of 95.72%. Gender-wise, girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 96.39%, while boys had a pass percentage of 95.14%.

Sikar, Dausa, Alwar, Ajmer, and Nagaur districts were the top performers in the 2023 exams. The board issues students’ subject-wise marks, overall grades, and pass/fail status to determine whether they are promoted to the next grade.

Passing Criteria for RBSE Class 8: To pass the RBSE Class 8 exams, students must score at least 33% in each subject and in the overall aggregate. Those who fail to meet this requirement in more than two subjects will be considered as failed and may need to repeat the academic year.
