I feel that mana ramp is definitely within Blue's philosophical reach. It spends time and resources into making mana more available/efficient. That feels like science & technology to me. Is that wrong?

Does Wizards have info on how people who aren't reading the story feel about it? I.e. people who get the story from the cards. It seems like most of the complaints not Blogatog come from that population. I have a theory but I'm out of words oh noooo.

A buddy of mine was playing at FNM last night, and attempted to Path to Exile a Slippery Bogle (facepalm). His opponent said that since he had already cast the spell, he had to pick a legal target. That's incorrect, right? What about at a higher REL?

In regards to the interaction between Seeker of the Way and Gift of Tusks...why would Seeker lose lifelink? Doesn't gaining lifelink until end of turn work like +N/+N effects? What if a different spell gave the Seeker trample or first strike?

Just want to double check that my understanding of suspend is correct. If I Delay a spell, when the last time counter is removed, does that create a triggered ability that I can respond to with Silence, thus preventing the casting of the spell when the triggered ability from suspend resolves? Thanks!

For counterspells that give the opponent the opportunity to pay N mana to prevent the counter (such as Clash of Wills), I'm assuming they make this declaration on the spell's resolution. By the time I am able to respond to their decision, is the spell already in the graveyard? (Provided nothing weird is sending it elsewhere).

Awesome. As a follow up to the Rally the Ancestors/Nantuko Husk question, will the creatures be exiled after they are sacrificed, or does the Rally trigger lose track of them?
