That moment where you’re exhausted and YET you still want to make these 😅😅😅 I was looking up Chinese New Year cookies on YouTube and saw that the Nutella Tarts seemed very popular in Singapore. Figured I could easily make them raw vegan…except I forgot I had used up all my hazelnuts. 😜 So I made them with a ciku (aka sapodilla) + date swirl instead. This one is raw vegan, oil-free, and nut-free too. I think it grows on you. I ate them for the third time today and really enjoyed them. Although I’m wondering why don’t I just eat fresh fruit instead? Much easier, less work and I don’t need to wash my Thermomix, or my rolling pin, or dehydrator tray or nozzles?
