Hello everybody, it's my ratties birthday today (July 1st)! They are one (1) ☝️ year old.

Them now that they're all grown, and still frankly amazing little critters.

#For anybody wondering the white ones names are Slug & Snail. Slug is the one that looks like he has a slug over his eye #The other two are Pip & Cal (That's not a reference!! totally..) With Pip being the one that passed away #My camera is only useful for pet photos.#I can joke here because it's my pets but Pip was an ASSHOLE. Still loved him though. My little shithead.#The tub in the first photos was NOT their enclosure. I was just keeping them in there for an hour or two while I set up their cage #Which was. a whole ordeal.#I know I have somewhere in my phone a couple of photos of them all cuddling together before Pip passed #He may have been an asshole but he was very nice to the younger boys when I introduced them #Which was shocking to me #Slug likes to do this amazing thing where he distracts me and licks my hand. Right when I need to go do something with my hands.#Like making food. Or eating food. Or writing. Then I wash my hands and it happens again. Horrible cycle.#Rattysqueaks

Not even half an hour into rough sketching thumbnails for a good friend of mine #so we can get a good idea of what he wants #and my stylus starts throwing a tantrum. STOP.#Coupled with my ibis shitting bricks anytime I have a slightly bigger canvas with 3-4 layers.

No no no, I'm not paranoid, I've just got that prey animal mentality.
