Hello! Sorry it took forever to post this but here is your one shot! Like all the others, the internet webzZz helped me with the vows so credit to who those who wrote those. I really hope you enjoy it! -liv xx
There Hanna stood. In her mermaid wedding dress that fit her so well. It was embellished with lace. Elegant pearls were around her neck, completing her completely breath taking look. Louis stood opposite her, beaming so bright that it seemed to affect everyone else. His suspenders were Hanna’s favorite part of his dashingly handsome look. They both stood in front of the priest, surrounded by their family and friends, in her parents backyard. It was elegantly decorated with twinkle lights, enhancing the stars glow above everyone.
“The day I met you, my entire life was thrown upside down and everything I knew about myself no longer mattered. I didn’t even know it then, but as I got to know you, I learned more about who I am and who I want to be. It’s scary for a person to recognize that someone might be their soulmate, but scarier when you simply know someone is your soulmate. I never believed in soulmates until I realized how desperately and madly I need you. I love you with my whole heart, body and soul. You’ve become a part of me, my dear, and with these words, I solemnly vow to love you until my last breath.” he promised her, tears beginning to well in her eyes at his honest words.
“Today is a day of music and celebration. I will marry my best friend. The one I live with, dream with, and love. From this day forward I will cherish you. I will look with joy down the path of tomorrow’s knowing we will walk together, side by side, hand in hand, heart to heart. I can’t wait so spend the rest of my life with you. I will love you forever.” she told him, he smiled; a little embarrassed as a tear slide down his face.
As the priest asked if Louis would take her for his wife, Hanna couldn’t help but think of when he proposed to her.
“Almost there, honest.” Louis said, and she could imagine his smirk even though she couldn’t see him.
“You’ve been saying that for the past two hours.” she reminded him and he laughed. She could feel him shrug as he held her blindly, hand in hand. They walked in silence for a bit longer, which was unusual for Louis.
“Alright. Here,” he said before the darkness was taken from Hanna’s eyes and replaced with a bright light being shined upon them.
“Where are we?” she asked and her eyes began to adjust. They were standing right in the middle of Wembley Stadium. She turned back to her boyfriend and grinned.
“How ‘bout a quick game, love?” he asked, kicking a ball over to her.
“You mean a quick beating!” she laughed and started to dribble over to a goal. She could hear him mumble, “she cheats...I love it.” before running to try and swipe the ball from her. He wasn’t the best player, not like her. She was a lot faster than him and played more by the rules than he did. He would pretend to trip and then when she would run back to check on him, he would scramble up and grab the ball.
A few other scams took place during the match but Hanna was still winning. “Hey Hanna,” Louis said, his voice soft. She turn but was charged by him, knocking them both to the ground.
And there they laid, staring at each other. “Marry me.” he said randomly. They both were spontaneous but this was a big deal.
“Really?” she asked, a smile shaping on her lips. Louis rolled his eyes.
“No, I was just kidding.” he laughed. “Yes, marry me you fool.” he said, pulling her close to him.
“Okay.” she smiled.
As Hanna smiled as the priest finished asking her. “I do.” she said and then Louis kissed her, making their life together final.
