She turned away from him, unable to even look at him. Truthfully, she didn’t know who to believe. But why would he be getting so angry with her, why would he tell her he hated her if it wasn’t true? If it wasn’t true, surely he wouldn’t seem so alarmed...
“It shouldn’t take me coming to work with you every day for me to trust you! What if this was the other way around, huh? What if I was gone all the time, what if I told you I was always at work, even when I had no reason to be there? Apollo paced around his and his older brother’s apartment, one they luckily had to themselves. Atlas had gone missing a few days ago and the younger Irishman was severely worried for him. Lots of things could have happened. Ryan could have had him killed over his small rallies that weren’t even really harming anyone. He’s just trying to help the poor for fucks sake! But that’s illegal in Ryan’s eyes apparently.
Or a Splicer could have killed him. That....that’s a thought Apollo doesn’t want to imagine.
Even his co-workers down in Fort Frolic could tell something was wrong. Apollo was more scatterbrained as of late, something that Cobb decided to yell at him about when he was organizing records lazily. Apollo always came home hoping that Atlas would be there, but he hadn’t for the past few days.
He even tried asking around Hephaestus, to see if any of his brother’s co-workers knew anything. They didn’t. So now here he was just pacing the apartment hoping that Atlas might come home soon. He refused to believe that his brother might be dead.

My husband likes to say I’m a cat. I’m aloof and friendly, distracted easily, but will share everything and I’m always interested in whatever it is even if I have no clue what it is. Like talk to me about anything you’re passionate about. I love it.

other than the time I said in my last post, the other more traumatic trip and fall-
I was in High School Marching Band playing a marching Baritone/Euphonium. The dance team took too long so we didn’t have enough time to do our whole show. So we had to go faster. It was pouring and the field was covered in mud. There was a section that was in 2/2 time and I had to do it backwards.
BACKWARDS. IN MUD. IN 2/2 TIME!
I absolutely slipped and fell and landed straight on my back. I hit my head so hard I blacked out and when I came too a few seconds later a trumpet was about to step on my face.
I jumped to my feet and got back in line. I had lost my mouthpiece and was absolutely covered in mud but I kept marching for the rest of the show. Our uniforms were white and expensive to clean. All I could do was cry and everybody was like “Wow man. You really ate it out there.” Thank you.

I got it cut a few weeks ago and since then it doesn’t stay in a ponytail long. I usually put it up when I’m going to bed though. So many a day ago.
