I've seen people mention the car scene with shax and the heaven scene with muriel (amongst others) as possible evidence for the raphael!crowley theory but there's also a moment at the end of e3, where crowley tells shax to take a look from the door (inside the bookshop), maybe she'll see an archangel. Obviously gabriel is there as jim but crowley is right inside the shop as well!!
