Almost caught up and I’ll quit boring you about Vegas. Sunday dinner was at rao’s in Caesars palace. Meatballs, shrimp scampi & baked ziti. Peace & bacon grease.

This photo doesn’t do justice for how delicious and satisfying this meal was. I made meatballs, seared them, and then baked in Rao’s Marinara sauce. I made a fathead dough garlic cheese bread to go with it. It was amazing. I really liked the meatballs, so I’m gonna throw down my ingredients here: 1lb beef, 100g onion, 125g shredded mozzarella, 3 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp parsley.

I batched cooked a bunch of food knowing I wouldn’t be able to do much after surgery. We have been eating pretty good this week. I shared a bowl of chicken meatballs, spaghetti squash, and Rao’s basil marinara with the fat cat.
