I watched the fourth season of killing eve and I absolutely, whole heartedly thought the finale was just down right awful!!!!!! I think Eve and Villanelle deserved to be happy together after going through the hellscape of the 12 and dealing with government manipulation across multiple countries!!!!. It wasn’t fair of the show’s creators to kill off Villanelle when she and Eve had finally made up and was on their way to a loving life together. Their relationship was set up for that outcome.
Also, I thought it was horrible the way Eve had to watch Villanelle’s bleeding corpse sink to the bottom of the river thames as if she hasn’t suffered enough. Eve loved Villanelle. She wanted to be with her for the rest of her life. She wanted a life without the threat of being killed by the 12 or dealing with Carolyn’s antics. She wanted a life of peace with Villanelle!!!!!. Now, she is alone with no one to help through this loss. Both of these women deserved to be together. I think it’s unfair how the show runners destroyed everything that was built by these amazing main characters. Sorry for the rant, I had to get this off my chest.
