I really love learning about the little details that add character to the boys in the long walk movie. Like Barkovitch's keychain, or the flower in Harkness's pocket. I saw a picture and it looked like Curly brought drumsticks with him? That goes for the ones we see in the movie too, like Tressler and his radio, Art and his cross necklace, or Rank and his origami. It's interesting to see what they choose to carry with them on the walk, yknow?

There was an interview where i think Garret Wareing was answering a question about if there were injuries during filming, and he talked about a moment where Daymon Wrightly just casually asked to stop for a moment bc there was something in his shoe or whatever, but when he took the shoe off they saw that his entire fucking sock was bloody because he had blisters from all the walking they were doing.

Could you imagine the reaction if Rank did that during the walk? "Oops, my shoe is a little uncomfortable" and then his sock is literally soaked in blood and he's just super chill about it.

Can't stop thinking about Rank and the paper crane he puts down at the start of the walk being unfinished. It's almost there but those final folds to shape the beak and the wings are missing, making it incomplete. Maybe I'm over thinking but I wonder if there's symbolism at play there to represent his life ending when he was still so young.
