Kishiryuu Sentai Ryuusouger Rumour Report November 29, 2018
We got my favorite kind of rumour today folks! Mecha rumours! As well as a few other. And since all the rumours seem to be pointing to dinosaurs as the motif this year, I think itâs safe to assume that will once again be the case. But as always, grains of salt. Anyway, here is my takeaway:
The Good:
Now that Iâve taken the time to mourn the loss of the Dragon motif we all envisioned, Iâm actually looking forward to dinosaurs again. Yeah theyâre overdone, but thatâs because theyâre awesome.
The triceratops is blue again. Good.
The Bad:
As much as I love Kyoryuger, I was not a fan of the designs initially. Iâm hoping this turns out to be false.
I think Iâm the only person on the planet who didnât get the appeal of Gokaigerâs key gimmick. Also, I really hope the mecha donât need to accommodate the gimmick like in Kyoryuger. I miss traditional looking mecha.
While the triceratops is my favorite dinosaur (and blue is my favorite colour), I was kind of hoping they would shake up the lineup a bit. The presence of a sabretooth tiger makes me nervous theyâre going to try and copy Zyuranger.
Despite what I said above, I have no problem with a sabretooth tiger on its own. But I have a hard time envisioning it in green.
Well, weâre getting closer to our official reveal! Everyone says itâs supposed to be next week or close to it! Is everyone else excited? Feel free to comment in reblogs or replies!
