Who Is That?
That guy, that guy on the top? That, my fellow citizens of Potterheadia, is RBG, A. K. A. the Random Black Guy.
Now, for those of you who are wondering where RBG came from, I can tell you right now, you'll never know. It has nothing to do with the disappearance of Lee Jordan, if that's what you're wondering.
Random Black Guy comes from a randomness that we structured humans will never find.
Our first glimpse of the revered RBG takes place in the movie, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
His words, as random as his name, are written in the above meme.
But! This is not the last time we get a chance to watch RBG! He strikes again in his next starring role; Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix!
Although RBG says nothing in this film, his mere random presence is enough for him to be remembered in the years to come.
You can find the Random Black Guy standing, randomly, behind Cho Chang and Luna Lovegood in the Hogshead scene.
After that, RBG fades back into his life of Random Blackness. He is not seen in Dumbledore's Army, and we Potterheads are left to assume that RBG either suspected the hex Hermione cast upon the parchment, and decided not to sign it, or he simply remained in the random shadows in the corners of the Room of Requirement.
My only question, and the question of many others? Who is Random Black Guy? And where will he strike next?
