after years of reading all sort of fanfictions, I can safely tell that:

I’ve been hating a/b/o unless it goes against heteronormativity for real (like A/A, O/O, B/O, just not the classic A/O)
I’m not touching dub/non-con with a ten foot pole

degradation is a huge fucking turn off, and if anyone ever tries to degrade *me* istg I’ll stab them
I’m super uncomfy with subspaces and little spaces, fine with anyone who’s into that but that’s another hard no for me

I will medium like a fic where characters have rigid sexual roles, like a character is always the dom, or the sub, top or bottom etc
cheating fics make me uncomfy, just like toxic relationship ones
I’m alright with most kink as long as all parties are fully in control of themselves and in love/full of affection for each other
BDSM is cool but since most people involve degradation or some sort of hard dom/sub in them, I rarely read fics about it
I *love* characters having “flaws” like stretch marks, blemishes and spots on their skin, or unusual quirks, makes me feel fuzzy inside
