The stream starts off relatively normal. If a little late, an animated setup screen with some of Ninja's smoke booms, Phantom's thermos, Chat's staff, and Dragon's potion bag sitting on a low table greeting viewers as they join, an Raccoon and Tanuki are occasionally seen in the background

Dash_the_Bash: Phantom's back!! His thermos is in the 'stream starting soon' screen again!

TooFineTuck: Are you guys actually in the Justice League's watchtower???

Bash 'n crash: Hey everybody's here this time I can even see the cat n dog running around!

Mexican death bears ROCK: I get the feeling one of the sidekicks or other teen heroes are gonna come into the room at some point.

BlackBats_awesome: speaking of the Adult, is he ever gonna join in on a stream again?

Gotham is a shithole,but it's my shithole: @.BlackBats_awesome, omg, yes, seeing him join in on Mario Kart last time and utterly fail at it, was amazing 👏, (which reminds me, I need to finish my Ninja Dad clip compilation, so thank you for that).

the setup screen blinks and splits as on one side Ninja's mask comes into view, clearly in the middle of setting up the facecam, and the viewers hear talking

Phantom: "–But no, like she's such a cool character"

Dragon: "And they waste her!!"

"they waste her! She had such a cool concept and could've had a great storyline and character arc, but they made her a 'yes-man' to her love interest cause she was 'to independent' or some crap!

Ninja winches as he finishes setting up the camera

"man that's wonk."

Chat noir: "What are you guys talking about again?"

Dragon and Phantom groan

"Some stupid show I found in another dimension while running an errand for clockwork."

"I started watching it with him during the first season, so he had someone to talk about it with."

"Got the facecam up."

Ninja pulls away from the camera, revealing the rest of the quartet on a couch in a slightly futuristic looking room that seems to be decorated for teens. The door is visible on camera, and the perspective suggests it sits on a side table, Phantom hands him a remote,

"You know what the worst part is?"

Ninja cringes,

"Ah man, please don't say she's the main character."

Phantom scowls

"Worst, her sister."

Chat chokes on his drink, and Ninja whips around to stare at him

"Her whAT!??"

Phantom throws his arms in the air, the rest of him following suit, as he rants

"her sister! Like seriously?! The main character is her sister! She just spent the last four seasons as the best villain in the entire show and just started a redemption arc this season, and you're going to make her a 'yes-man' for the straight cis man whose apparently her love interest when she so much better chemistry with the servant girl who started making friends with her after she switched sides!? Seriously!?!?"

Poison-ivy-is-not-a-villain-fight-me: that is BullShit.

Ninja and another voice both spoke at once

"That is utter BullShit."

three out of four boys jumped, Ninja looked up at the ceiling

"Oracle?"

A mechanical hum echoed through the room

"Hello"

The team all relaxed and returned the greeting

"Need help with your stream?"

Ninja rubbed the back of his neck

"If you wouldn't mind...?"

"As long as you don't mind me taking over the security for it."

"Course not."

Dick stepped out of the zeta tube carrying party streamers and a bag of balloons, wincing when the system announced his arrival, Dammit, he thought no one was here today

He tapped on his comm and spoke

"Hey, O? You there?"

a mechanical hum answered him

"Hey, wing."

"Hey, I thought no one was here today?"

As he spoke, Dick started down the hall, carrying his party supplies under his arm,

Barbara hummed, answering him, "B had to do some maintenance on one of the systems. Another hero arrived roughly half an hour ago to talk to him. A group of teen heroes came with him, their setup playing Mario Kart in one of the lounge rooms set up for Young Justice or the Titans."

Dick paused, "...Do you know which one...?

"Give me a sec to let them know, I'll guide you over."

"Thanks, O."

"Dammit!" Ninja took a turn too fast and fell off the map

"Dude!" Chat hit Phantom and Dragon with a bomb

"Aw, come on, dawg!" Due to the bomb Dragon crashed into a wall

"Merde!" Ninja hit Chat with a blue shell from second place

a mechanical hum cut through the air and Oracle spoke

"Fair warning, Nightwing's going to walk in at some point soon."

"Got it!"

Gotham is a shithole,but it's my shithole: you can just tell the Ninjas are related to each other cause sit and look exactly the same when they start hyperfixating on the game

BlackBats_awesome: they also both get really quiet

Phantom sat floating in the air, Dragon was now on the back of the couch, Chat had at some point ended up on the floor, and Ninja was the only one still sitting on the couch properly, leaning forward with his elbows on his knees and glaring daggers at the screen.

it was into this that NightWing walked in, bag of party streamers and balloons in hand

Nightwing looked around, blinked, and spoke:

Nightwing: Um, hello..?

three heads look up and away from the race for just long enough—

"WIN!"

Onscreen a purple shyguy zoomed past king boo and Bowser and finishes first place.

"No!" "Dang it!"

neither of them had any time to react before a bomb was thrown between them, and a black Yoshi flew past the finish line as well,

"Take that, you absolute Shoobs!"

"I like how you and me went from fourth and third place to first and second cause Dragon and Phantom looked away for a single second"

Dragon twisted around to look at Phantom

"Ya mind controlling your twin, man?"

Phantom huffed, "You think I'm not trying?"

"Um,"

Phantom looked back at Nightwing, "Do you like need something, or are you just going to keep standing there?"

Nightwing blinked
