I shot this photo at Rancho Los Alamitos on March 29, 1980. Photo clubs and camera shops would set up events where models and photographers could get together and build their portfolios. I tagged along with a high-school friend, Charles Montgomery (who has since passed away). The process to share photos back then was a bit convoluted, so I only submitted a few select shots that I took that day to the event organizers. I never got around to print any photos of this model other than on a contact sheet. It is my hope she received a fair number of wonderful photos that day, but if not... here's one, albeit 40+ years overdue!
