Tender bone-in pork chops cooked in the slow cooker with a flavorful golden ranch gravy, making for a comforting and delicious meal.
Ingredients: 4 bone-in pork chops. 1 packet ranch dressing mix. 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup. 1 cup chicken broth. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the pork chops. Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat. Once both sides of the pork chops are brown, put them in the slow cooker. Ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth should all be mixed together in a bowl. Add the mix to the slow cooker with the pork chops. Keep the lid on and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until the pork chops are soft. Set the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and melt it before serving. To make gravy, whisk in some of the slow cooker's cooking liquid. If you want, you can top the pork chops with chopped parsley and serve them with golden ranch gravy.
