It will definitely satisfy your hunger!
Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup buffalo wing sauce. 1/2 cup ranch dressing. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup sliced green onions. 6 hamburger buns. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook the chicken breasts on low for a long time. Add salt and pepper to the chicken. Cover the chicken with the buffalo wing sauce. Place the slow cooker on low and cover it. Cook for 6 to 7 hours, or until the chicken is soft and can be shred with a fork. Take two forks and shred the cooked chicken. Then, mix it with the buffalo sauce in the slow cooker. Warm up the broiler in your oven. Put the hamburger buns on a baking sheet with the cut side facing up. Put the buns under the broiler and toast them until they get a little brown. Spread a lot of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom half of each bun. Put some shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken. Once more, put the buns under the broiler for one to two minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Put ranch dressing on top of the cheese that has melted. Add some sliced green onions on top. To finish the sandwiches, put the top half of the buns on top of them. Enjoy while hot!
