PHYSICAL ASPECTS -

BODY TYPE: Very obese. SCARS/BIRTHMARKS: On his upper chest/shoulder area there is a scar on both sides. EYES: Orange. HAIR: Bright red that he styles into mohawk. Doesn’t always keep the sides shaved. Maintains robust sideburns. SKIN: Blue, with a thin coating of fur. ((fite me)) HEIGHT: 8′1 when standing straight. WEIGHT: ~400-500lb human. I don’t know how much trolls are supposed to weigh, so it’s hard to estimate his weight. If you take 300lbs as a starting point for the average adult male troll, he’d be... 750-930lbs? Gah, I dunno. ((Also Ranburu has just been getting larger and larger. So. >_>))

SPOUSE: Vyel’thas.  CHILD(REN): Azuli, Junundo. (Later, Jeniv and at least one more...) SIBLINGS: None. He’s an only child. PARENTS: Shala (mother) and Bettalu (father). PETS: Zo. (His raptor growing up.)

PHYSICAL PROWESS: Decently strong, knows how to throw his weight around. Better at brawling and wrestling than using weapons. As a druid, favors bear form. INTELLIGENCE: Average spellcaster. He is an absolute sucker for goblin-made knick-knacks and appliances. He’s an easy target to swindle. He’s proudly displayed tat he purchased from Griftah. 

When walking, Ranburu is drawn up to his full height. His belly is much too large for him to walk with a natural troll slouch without falling forward.

Ranburu absolutely loves holidays. His favorite is Winter Veil. He loves visiting friends and family, he loves the decorations, and he loves the food. The more, the better.

He enjoys buying “nice outfits”, which generally translates to ugly or gaudy clothes that don’t fit him quite right. Button down shirts are the most common. 

Belly rubs put him right to sleep.

Ranburu sports a scar from a mortal wound from being run through by a nasty Gurubashi troll named Djinambo. Luckily, his friend Zintwabanai was able to use blood magic and bring him back from the brink of death.  

As any self-respecting jungle troll should, he despises birds. Very early on in his friendship with Vyel’thas, he mistook her pet bird for a simple nuisance and snapped it up for a snack.

The only time Ranburu has worn body paint is when he married Vye. They had a traditional troll marriage.

It’s been some time since he’s been able to do it, but one of the only physical activities he enjoys is he’ethraze. He’s actually hesitant to try and surf again because he’s gotten so heavy since the last time he got on his board.

Ranburu is incredibly proud of his son Azuli for taking so druidism so naturally, and hopes that he will far surpass Ranburu’s knowledge in the art.

- Undead in all their forms really bother Ranburu. With his druidic nature they just feel wrong. He also very much dislikes orcs, elvish snobbery and other troll tribes. 

Good habits: - Stays in good humor, usually has a smile on his face.

- Compassionate towards others and is always ready to offer a hug.

- Dedicates time to work in the garden and tend to the plants every day.

- When the kids are still living in the house, he always takes the time to wish them good night.

- Is a very devoted husband. He dotes on Vye and compliments her daily. Spoiling her is part of expressing his love.

Bad Habits: - Tends to be very possessive of Vye and overprotective of his family.

- Brags, especially about his sexual prowess. This is usually uninvited. 

- Compulsively overeats. Starts to panic if he gets too hungry.

- While he is very kind, Ranburu can also be inconsiderate and selfish.

- Can’t trust him with money, he spends it like water.

- Ranburu has moments of intense insecurity about his marriage because he is terrified one day Vye will wake up and realize she could do so much better than him. He fears he is inadequate for her in just about every way; that he is fat and ugly, leads an unremarkable life, unsatisfactory in bed, stupid, not particularly talented at anything and that his lack of ambition makes him static and boring.

I heard once you enter a stable relationship a lot of people get a bit pudgier. Well, most metahumans don’t have a girlfriend like Ran does who treats him very frequently. 

It’s doubtful measurements for these clothes were correct to begin with.
