So it's implied Ralsei and flowery have similar abilities. Especially at one point in chapter 5 where Ralsei says "You can't just set all your stats to the max!" And flowery responds "Oh cause you are the expert on that rally" or something like that. That could just be because Ralsei knows a lot about the mechanics and stuff, so obviously he is the expert on that.
But maybe, while Ralsei was waiting for the heroes to show up, he started messing around. Trying out different personas to meet the heroes of legend. So Ralsei could very well have set all his stats to max. But if he shares that ability with flowery, that could very well mean that he can use all of flowery's other game breaking abilities and also: FLYING.
This isn't a flowery specific ability either, the other flowers do the exact same (except for Seth because they want to be a human and they have done research to know that humans can't fly.)
Would also tie into the theory that Ralsei is a plant.
