1. Favorite fictional characters this year
RALEIGH WATCH THE UNTAMED PLS. thereās Wei Wuxian who is mischievous and a huge brat and the DEFINITION of a disaster bisexual just doing his BEST. thereās Lan Wangji who is too good for this world with the worst kinda protect instincts, dignified gay who lets himself be bossed around by chaotic idiot WWX. both of them, kinda angry and kinda horny and good at magic. also they accidentally acquire a SON, AND GET MARRIED.
5. Favorite song, album, or artist to listen to this year
I meant OBVIOUSLY Bangtan but Dumb LittyĀ is my SOTY. there were SO MANY good songs this year, I think single releases were some of the best for a lot of people & uhh I was really happy to dive into kpop groups and get to know some of them!! I GET the appeal! I GET IT!
11. Biggest squee moments of the year
too many to count but really Halsey and BTS collaborating and then any and all subsequent content they put out for my greedy little brain, including the behind the scenes stuff and surprising each other and constantly giving each other presents and Halsey having a song with Yoongi PHEW! my cup runneth OVER.
23. The most missed of your old fandoms
ah Teen Wolf, of course! I feel so so blessed to have and cherish and have kept so many of those friendships that came out of that fandom, and integrated so many people into my irl social medias and every day conversations, but the community of TW at its peak with our little corner of creators... I havenāt quite found that collaborative energy again. we all really knew each otherās minds and could leap off each otherās ideas and posts and the gifts and the gifsets and the like-mindedness. it was just so cozy and good and close knit, I really miss that!
I am thankful to have met who I did in 1D fandom though, I have such a deep love for so many of my mutuals and Iām very lucky to know them so despite missing it so much, Iām glad I ended up with the people I did in 1D fandom!
