Amanda showing the Rowdies all of those claymation Christmas movies like Rudolph and the Year Without a Santa Claus and the boys just getting sooooooo invested and the Oh No Mobile is full of quiet sniffles and distressed exclamations and Amanda is just cracking up in the back but then she glances over at Martin and notices he's crying silently and she immediately has her arms around him, and then before long Vogel is pushing his way into the middle of their hug because he wants his parents to hold him and then before anyone can say anything it's a full on cuddle pile with all the Rowdies, even Beast, and for a minute Amanda wonders if maybe the movies were a bad idea but isn't this really what Christmas is about, being surrounded by the ones you love and holding them close? And she knows the sad part of the movie will be over soon (it was the "I Believe in Santa Claus" song) and she just pulls her family closer as snow falls outside the windows.
