If you’re talking about Ganon-the-giant-pig-monster, I’d imagine he’d love his creature comforts. A nice meal with some good wine, a comfortable corner with lots of soft pillows and warm blankets to build a nest with. He’d probably enjoy being brushed, but that would require another person in the room with him and touching him, so that’s not happening anytime soon. Also, some kind of entertainment so he doesn’t start getting restless and irritable. He’s happiest when he’s either absorbed in some ongoing project he’s working or playing a game with someone that requires at least some strategy. My first instinct says he’d be a chess or shogi kind of guy, but I imagine he played mancala a lot as a kid, because all you needed for that game was some soft earth to dig holes in and some pebbles. Card games are better when he’s in the mood for the quick thrill random chance gives him. If you beat him, he’d play-act sulking, but then immediately excitedly challenge the other person to another round until he gets bored or tired. Jigsaw puzzles would also be a nice distraction, although you’d have to find one big enough for him to use, with enough pieces that he doesn’t solve it in five seconds. Music relaxes him. I’m guessing he’d put the Hyrulean equivalent of Chopin on the radio when he’s trying to wind down. Nice, safe, consistent rituals at home would keep him calm.
If you’re talking about Ganon-the-shortened-nickname-for-the-human, a lot of those things would still apply, although he’d probably be a little less outwardly expressive about it. The one time we’ve seen him seemingly genuinely happy was in Cadence of Hyrule, where he not only got to spend hours and hours absorbed in researching/tinkering with his latest obsession, but also had someone to talk to about it. If he had someone he liked/trusted enough to bring into his workshop, he’d probably get rather chatty with them about what he was currently tinkering with, even if he wasn’t the best at eye contact. He seems the type to prefer small, quiet, intimate gatherings of personally handpicked friends to big parties. He’s musically inclined beyond just playing piano. One of his Yiga buddies convinced him to do karaoke after he’d had a few drinks, and he’s quite good at dancing, having been classically trained as part of his ritual duties during his brief tenure as Gerudo prince. Due to some…bad memories, he only sings and dances when he’s either already tipsy or is absolutely certain that nobody’s watching him. If you press your ear to the locked door to the tower leading to his study and  you’re also extremely lucky, you might hear him singing a charm (or just singing in general) over whichever tool he’s assembling.
