Rabbit Bucky is in shape like how Buck was in CATWS. He’s always been active, always been fit, so Steve is a bit self-conscious of his tummy. But Bucky loves his tummy. Loves kissing the soft plush and whispering how he’d like to see Steve’s belly filled with his kits (yes, baby bunnies are called kits/kittens :’)) which always makes Steve gasp.

Bucky gives off Peter Rabbit vibes. I grew up with those books, and the first thing I thought of was rabbit Bucky as Peter Rabbit. He’s boyish and mischievous, always doing things to rile Steve up, incredibly cheeky and trying to push boundaries. It’s all in a fun-loving way.

Steve and Bucky boop noses. A lot. Sometimes as a check-up, like if Bucky has gone too far and makes Steve uncomfortable, he gives Stevie a little boop on the nose to tell him he’s sorry. Sometimes as a hello when they haven’t seen each other in a while. Rabbits and bunnies have their own language, and the stucky buns use that a lot! like gentle nudges when passing by, pressing their forehead together to calm down.

I’m going for the whole “Steve is spayed but Bucky still wants to impregnate him” way for the two, because 1: funny. 2: think about the ANGST GUYSSSS. Steve doesn’t want to break the news to Buck that he can’t have kits because Bucky is always just so determined and wants kits… euurg delicious angst..

Bunny Steve is SASSY. Just think about the sass in CATWS Steve has, how indifferent he is with everything. He grunts constantly just so people know he’s pissed off, will thump for hours without end when his owner refuses to let him have time with Bucky. and Bucky finds that hot… bc who doesn’t like a man with an attitude?

Buck makes fun of Steve’s floppy ears a lot, but he also adores them. He will flick Steve’s ears just to get a firm grunt from the bun, but also likes cuddling with his head under Steve’s lop ears. Just Bucky smooshed to Steve’s chest while one of Steve’s bunny ears rest on his head. Sometimes he’ll nip at Steve’s ear just to be an asshole, but y’know, bun things.
