I do not post any quotation that I cannot verify personally.
I do not reblog quotations in the “” format. I create a new post after checking the source myself.
I will reblog quotations that are part of gifsets made by others.
Any commentary that I make on any post will be marked with a double asterix (**).
I will remove the “xxx said” elements, and collapse direct words into a single continuous quotation.
I will correct spelling from an original source.
I will alter formatting slightly to create consistency. For example, when a sources inserts a [laughs] comment, I will alter [Laughs] to [laughs] to maintain a consistent format.
I will alter to use italics for titles included within quotations if the original publication incorrectly used quotation marks.
I will always include a link to the original material if it is available on the internet. If the items is in print only, it will be indicated.
Episodes of Talking Dead are one season behind the corresponding episode of The Walking Dead (because it did not begin broadcasting until the second season of TWD). The numbering I use respects that and I will indicate a correction if necessary on any post I reblog.
This is a side blog that I began after three years of cataloging these quotations. Thus, most of the quotations will be reblogged from my main blog.
I use the “” format for most quotations. I will sometimes use the CHAT format if there are multiple participants or if the comments of an interviewer are especially important to the meaning of the quotation.
