*casually queues all ur moodboards because they're great teach me your secrets i beg of you i cant even do an undyne one*
First of all, thank you so much. I’m really glad you like them, dear Anon. It means a lot.
As for secrets, I don’t really have any. However, I could guide you through the process of how I make them, which is honestly really easy.
I personally use the app “QuickCollage”, which is free in the Play Store. (It’s available for Android in case you’re worried about that.) This is the example I’ll be using. It will likely be different for other apps.
First thing I do is go to Google Images and type in a color or word followed by “aesthetic”. Then, I look through all the pictures there for any 9 that I feel fit the character. (Be wary of pictures with words because sometimes they don’t fit and you’ll have to find another to replace it.) I also tend to try to stick to one general color with these. I put these 9 pictures into QuickCollage and press the arrow that will bring me to the Editing Menu.
From there, I go to “Settings”. There are two slides. The top one controls the spaces and the bottom one controls the roundness of the corners. I slide the top one all the way to the left, so there is no space. Then I go to every picture and zoom them in where they each fill up all of their individual spaces. (Don’t worry if they aren’t in the right place or don’t show as much of the image as you’d like yet. That will be changed soon.)
Now, still in the Settings, move the top slide to however much space you’d like. I prefer a small one myself.
Go to “BG” now, which controls the colors or design behind your aesthetic. I usually go for black (since I’m a scrub who uses Amino and who likes to show their moodboards to their roleplay group on there). However, you can use any color you’d like. It’s probably best to use black or white or some color that matches the color of your moodboard.
Now, you can zoom in and out your pictures individually however you see fit by using two fingers just like you would to zoom into a picture on your phone. You can also touch and hold a picture to pick it up and hold it over another picture to make them switch spots.
Sometimes, it’s nice to organize these pictures by how dark or light they are. Other times, the best thing to do is to organize the pictures by the content of it. Or some combination of the two. (I also have found that I don’t like the way pictures with words look side-by-side. But that’s just me.)
Something I do sometimes is try to take a character and choose a color that isn’t often used for this character. Like, I used gold for my Dolores Umbridge moodboard since I know people usually choose pink for her.
I think I got better with confidence due to compliments from my wonderful friends on Amino (you know who you are), taking inspiration from other moodboards, and a need to defy the norms.
Taking these tips, I hope you are able to find inspiration. I encourage you to make that Undyne moodboard. And when/if (hopefully when) you make the moodboard, I’d love to see it!
Now, about that Undyne moodboard.

What programdo you use to make the moodboards? (btw ther're amazing!!)
I use an app called QuickCollage to put all of the pictures I get together. And thank you!!
Edit: I realized that I didn't include that I don't know what my partner uses to make theirs, but all the ones you've seen from the past week or so were all made with the app I mentioned.
