Extremely easy hat pattern. I found myself at a knitting loose end and burnt out on complicated stuff. Two strands aran held together = one strand of super-chunky so I can use up my stash. 9mm needles + super-chunky yarn = very fast progress. Iām making them without the pompom, extending the ear flaps into a scarf, lining them with fleece for extra warmth, and giving them to a local homelessness donation drive.Ā
