he’s LYING, knowing damn well that he was the reason why an innocent was  dead;  after all, he was the one to SET UP the trap ( that would kill his victim if someone triggered it ) in the first place, however he wasn’t expecting someone to trigger it right away, so he had to try and play it off as though he had no part in it. worry is evident within his eyes, slight concern becoming an expression on his facade. hues frantically move from the corpse to the other LIVING being and he parts his lips  to  speak,  but  nothing  comes  out.  wesson makes sure to let his breathing pick up and he doesn’t hesitate to release whimper  as  if he were really concerned with the situation. he believed that he could pull this  off  without any fault, but he knew himself and somewhere along the line, he’ll mess up.

Defensive. She fluctuates between defensive and aggressive but his accusation makes her hackles rise. Kitty crosses her arms. There is something off about this man, something that makes the wolf in her snarl and bare its teeth.
