Little Self-Help Tip
Don’t make a list of everything you need to do, because if you’re anything like me you’ll just put off everything until the last minute. Just focus on one small thing that you need to do, like take a pillow downstairs, or take your dishes that you’ve been collecting in your room to the kitchen. Just one small thing, and then you’re done.
