Pizzadillas are a fusion of pizza and quesadillas, combining the best of both worlds. They are quick to make and perfect for a tasty snack or meal.
Ingredients: 4 large flour tortillas. 1 cup pizza sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/2 cup sliced red onions. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place one tortilla on a flat surface and spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce evenly over it. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Add 1/8 cup each of pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, and red onions. Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes over the toppings. Place another tortilla on top and press down gently. Repeat the process to make a second pizzadilla. Spray the preheated skillet or griddle with cooking spray and carefully transfer one pizzadilla onto it. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the tortilla is crispy, and the cheese is melted. Remove from heat and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese over the hot pizzadilla. Cut into wedges and serve immediately. Repeat the cooking process with the second pizzadilla. Enjoy your delicious Pizzadillas!
