Queixada kick - learning the three rules of it at the TCC4C's teen capoe...
Fiz uns desenhos soltinhos e me bati mais tentando tirar a foto đŁÂ

đ¤¸đťââď¸Regional practice.
In the Roda: when I do queixada itâs almost always kicking with my right leg. But itâs easier to do my queixada - finta queixada - martelo combo starting with left leg. đ¤ hmm.
âď¸It is useful to have combo strings practiced and perfected so you can take control of the game, and do more than just single/double moves.
But itâs also very important to not repeat patterns so often that your partner always knows whatâs coming next. Or even worse, donât become so locked into those patterns that you canât adapt on the fly. Capoeira is a free âconversationâ between two players. Not a memorized, scripted monologue.
âď¸If itâs too late to properly connect a move (especially rasteira) donât do that move. Morph it into a defense such as negativa, rolĂŞ...
âď¸Regional play is not Kick! Kick! Kick! That just leads to quick exhaustion. Itâs good to use lots of defensive movements from our Benguela game. Vingativa, finta, marca, balança..
