queerscout replied to your post “if DC is gonna make Penguin Jewish than it is my right as a Jew to...”
I was VERY confused because, as somebody who works in the zoo field, I interpreted the first part as "if [the] DC [zoo] is gonna make penguin[s] Jewish" and just totally accepted that in an attempt to not christmasify the zoo they decided that penguins were Jewish but then I couldn't figure out what that had to do with heroes.
allow me to clarify:
Penguins (the birds) are ABSOLUTELY Jewish

Honestly I can't stand youtube reviews. They're all critics who can't enjoy anything and make me feel bad/stupid for liking basically anything. Is that really a way to live? Lighten up.
Right? I watch way too much yt and really enjoy video essays. But there have been many times when I’ve clicked away from something thinking “ah, i see you’re one of /those/...”Â
Deep dives and defenses of certain films can be really interesting for me. But I don’t generally watch /review/ reviews. I certainly don’t watch reviews before I see something for myself. That’s a good way to ruin a movie for yourself.Â

Sourdough. And cheese and yogurt. Fermented foods are fun to make. Also home made soda.
Those are ok but anything involving cabbage can go straight to hell

queerscout replied to your post “jesse i love you but how DARE you betray me by posting matisse”
@decoyjayman What do you have against Matisse???
I’m wondering the same thing! I even read Matisse’s wikipedia page just in case he did something terrible that I wasn’t aware of. I didn’t see anything too Yikes there. So did I miss something or is it just a matter of taste? I hope to find out soon. lolÂ

Did the music of dolphins have different sized type throughout the book? I'm 90% sure I read it in 3rd grade. And there was also a book that had different sized type. And I remember thinking it was weird and that that was my takeaway from the entire book. And I'm pretty sure they're the same because the only other thing I remember is that book involved a girl and dolphins.
iiiiii have no idea. I don’t remember that, but my memory cannot be trusted. I’ll let ya know, since I’m totally gonna pick up a copy. hahaÂ
I think my main takeaway was probably “dang, i wish i was raised by dolphins”. lmaoÂ
