Describe your own personal lightsaber
The blade would be cyan or sky blue (somewhere in there) -- unless I had two, in which case one would be that and the other would be white.
I mention two sabers because I have two hilts in mind that I canât decide between. One is short but kinda wide (think the size of a flipphone, but more cylindrical) with a slightly wider pommel and guard. Itâd be sleek, straight, and shiny; probably silver, nickel, or palladium (something like that). The other idea I had is more wand-like: long, thin, perhaps even spiraling, and pearlescent. Iâm pretty sure Iâd want a ~leather grip either way, but Iâm not sure what kind.
I'm behind on Critical Role but who is gal with the hammer?
She is a teenage elf girl called Delin (that was the spelling on the CC for that episode) whom the M9 just met. All we know about her so far is: she is a blacksmith apprentice, she is mute and uses sign language to communicate, sheâs very buff, and apparently she likes cupcakes a lot lmao
We didnât see much of her and I donât know how much we will see in the future, but the M9 are in business with her boss (the blacksmith), and will go see him again soon, so Delin will probably be there with him when they return to the forge :)
Radiation mutated the honeybee and now theyâre back with a vengeance and theyâre pissed. Their honey is pretty good if you can survive the swarms
A test ask: Favourite place in Ireland?
FINALLY! Theyâre working again! Tough question, but Iâm gonna go with Cork :)

How we met? Pretty sure we were aware of each other since the Khaos Komix days, but tumblr is where we let our nerd out and got to know each other better
God do I miss the Khaos forums. But Tumblrâs pretty great. :)

Chrys seems cool as heck. Can you tell us more about them?
Ohhhh, theyâre pretty new OC, so I can only say a bit, but right of the bat, theyâre not from around here. As you can see from the reference of their alt form.
A wee bit of lore, some consider their kind an omen, while others consider them as âguardian angelsâ. They have their human form as disguises to blend with mortals.
Chrysâs personality wise, they may look cool from the outside, but theyâre a total dumbass (sometimes... most of the time). But, they can still pack a mean punch due to their otherworldly origin. Thatâs all I got for them atm
If you were to creat a new Force focused group outside of the Jedi/Sith for either Legends or New Canon, what would you create?
Remember how we had that long argument about the Light/Dark sides of the Force and the Jedi/Sith represent good vs. evil or order vs. chaos or discipline vs. emotion?
The correct answer is âyes.â
The issue is that The Force is Taoism (but in space!) filtered through especially Western (the cultural sphere and the cowboy genre) ideas of the dichotomy of good and evil. Yoda and the Jedi Order then filter that through Space Buddhism. Thatâs three monstrously different ways of viewing the interrelationship of ethics and metaphysics. You canât reconcile that.
The logical answer within the framework of Star Wars would be the Gray Jedi (which Pally rejected as arrogance; I found that especially ironic, given that thatâs literally how his vaunted Aristotelean virtue ethics work, but he was also of the opinion that itâs very cleanly good vs. evil). The problem there is that 1.) the Jedi and Sith are warrior cults, which is at odds with Taoism, and 2.) it would stop being Star Wars. Kinda like how WarCraft could have (and probably should have) ended as it was after WarCraft III (before The Frozen Throne) if someone just engaged in a little bit of diplomacy, but because itâs WarCraft everyone has to be idiotic, bigoted, and ready to throw down.
...but thatâs the topic of another ask meme.
Point being, I donât think you can get another Force-using group that would be relevant to anything and wouldnât just be coded Jedi, Gray Jedi, or Sith. You could try, but because of how the Force works, youâre going to eventually turn out to be one of those three.
