It is on the subject of 🪴CONSCIOUS GARDENING🪴 #Repost @nurtureyournaturewithzorah ・・・ Conscious Gardening 💚 I define' conscious gardening' as a process of becoming aware of the unseen realms through honouring our 'being' state when gardening. I first became aware of this concept when I read Michael J Roads book of the same title. In it he describes an approach to gardening which involves 'being with', rather than, 'doing to'. The former is where we are mostly in our heads, not paying too much attention to what we are doing and more focussed on our minds chatter. The latter is where our awareness rests in our heart, intuiting how to carry out a given gardening task or even whether it needs carrying out at all. The second aspect of conscious gardening for me, is connecting to the spirit of a plant and its faery and receiving energetic healing, inspiration or wisdom and in turn finding out what it would like us to do for the plant itself or for mother earth. Finished the Amazon exclusive “The Boys” season 1 & 2. I recommend the hell out of this series. This is the dirty version of every hero we known, and probably how people would act if they got superpowers out of nowhere especially in good ol ‘Merica. Karl Urban is amazing in this.
