Little illustration based on a head canon and a French pun. For context, In IHF, it seems that King/Queens have some kind of powers based on their name. Cloudia for instance was related to clouds and thunder, but what If it was also the case for her successor, King cone ? I means, he's obviously based on desserts and sweet foods, so what if his powers and attribut are more than just a pun ? Perhaps his beard and hairs is made of cotton candy. And, perhaps he can somehow controls desserts ? Dunno how, like creating golems out of Ice cream or something ? He's kind harmless since his castle wasn't arounds food based places, that's why he surely was so defenseless against Cloudia's new power. Let's just hope he's not entirely edible. Ah yes, the pun ! Cotton candy's name in French is "Barbe a papa", which literally means "Daddy's Beard". ... Don't ask me why, I don't know neither, French is pretty weird.
