It's now winter in Gaza, and with it has come storms and flooding and heavy winds, flooding and destroying the tents that so many Gazans are still forced to rely on for shelter.

the prices of anything in gaza are absolutely ridiculous. trying to get “aid” from the so-called “aid sites” is exceedingly dangerous because israel keeps slaughtering people waiting for food, and one of the family members was recently injured trying to get some. i’m very worried for them and i don’t want them to have to risk their lives at these horrible “aid sites.”

My friends, the Ashours, have been really struggling and unable to catch a break lately. Amal @amal----ashour recently had surgery, and is dealing with infections in the aftermath, and the medication and treatment for it is very expensive. Her mother and father are both also struggling with health issues that are extremely costly -- her father suffers from high blood pressure and diabetes, and her mother recently had a heart attack. Much of the money from their campaign has been going into medicine and treatment for these.
To make matters worse, about a week ago, a thief broke into their tent at night and stole a phone and the medication Amal had purchased for her mother.
They're in great need of money to help support basic needs for their family -- milk and diapers for their newborn daughter, food, water, and clothing and blankets to help keep them warm during this cold winter in Gaza.
I've known the Ashours and the Shehabs ( @danashehab ) for almost a year and a half now, and it breaks my heart to know how much struggle they've had to endure throughout this horrid genocide. Since the "ceasefire" went into effect, Israel has slaughtered over 83 Palestinians, culminating in yesterday and today, where the Zionist terrorist state launched over 100 airstrikes into Gaza. It has refused to allow in any aid, another blatant violation of ceasefire terms.
