Flip through the photos to see the actual progression of me witnessing my quads finally showing up to this #gaintrain. . . Today was not a great day. Depression and fatigue took over me. I slept probably about 14 hours and couldn't get myself to eat anything, or even drink water. I had no obligations so I just stayed in bed. Depression really fucking sucks. I was finally able to force myself to eat around 5pm. I couldn't do much else afterwards. . . At 8:30pm I decided I had to go to the gym. Not for my body, but for my mind. The gym is the only place where my mind is clear. I have to be so focused on every movement that my brain can't focus on anything else. Plus, lifting makes me feel like a powerful goddess, and that's always a plus. I knew working out would lead me to feel better, and it did. So I chugged some #yolo and headed for the gym. And to make things even better, I finally am able to see my quad through my pants! What a cool victory! . . All in all, I had a couple of victories today. Even if they're small, they are worth celebrating.
