Well, actually these two would be two grumpy peas in a pod. Absolutely pitch for each other, almost dangerously alike. So both tend to be absolutely impatient and grumpy individuals. The Bard of Hope (much like we see in Cronus), destroys Hope and optimism passively by being, well, a complete asshole (even if they try to be charming) at times. They are interesting though because they would be someone who has obvious goals and dreams of the future, and most of their anger is because of things getting in the way of that. Now a Heir of Rage is someone who is the embodiment of Rage. At the drop of a hat, any inconveniences would lead to them blowing up. Imagine hour long voice messages of just ranting because they had pickled vegetable cylinders on their grub burger when they SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR NO PICKELED VEGETABLE CYLINDERS!!! Everyone knows they are always grumpy but it's random what will set them off that day.

While these two would commiserate well with each other, the Bard is likely to belittle the Heir and set them off even further for funsies. The Heir would likely catch feelings first because, jegus does that person just PISS them the FUCK OFF! The Bard would pity the fool but think it's fun, while the Heir would do everything in their power to prove their point to impress the Bard they’re right. This is mainly due to their personalities but also their bloodcastes. The Bard being a purpleblood would see everything beneath them blood-wise and have violent moments where if something actually pisses them off enough they’d just clobber it. The Heir is a tealblood/cobaltblood just bordering on important so they get pissed off when not given their meager respect. They would also be either academically inclined or some form of overseer/bureaucrat giving them a complex on that front. 

Their abilities if they aren’t using them to toy with the other will be a lethal combo! The Bard destroys any form of Hope and optimism that the adversary has and has that purpleblood strength to make them go splat. The Heir would draw in all that Rage and use the core-breaking truth it brings to rally allies and slam out all that pent up Rage on foes, feeding off their negative emotions the Bard makes. A note on classpect inversion: Since Hussie’s update to Maid being the Active (+) pairing to Heir, I’m no longer sure what is inverted to what. If using the old system though, they aren’t direct opposites classwise but yes their aspects would be direct opposites but used the same way! So the Bard of Hope’s opposite is technically the Maid of Rage while the Heir of Rage’s opposite is the Mage of Hope (again using the old fan theory).
