Richas is telling Em how the stars are the friends, the eggs, everyone they've lost and that the reason that they're so far away is because they can't talk with them anymore, that they can't hug them or laugh with them anymore.
But they're there to remind the people on the island of them and of ourselves because Richas would've not met Roier without Bobby, he wouldn't know Pomme or Dapper without their Tio Bad. So they're there to remind them of it.
The moving stars that they see are the people that have gone are saying both hello, goodbye and good night to them. Or that they may be coming back, like their Tio Bad.
Richarlyson is advising Empanada that when she feels sad, to just look at the stars. To say what she needs to say and then go about her day feeling lighter.
