Is it correct to say that the Ravnica guilds are *an* expression of the color-combination, rather than *the* expression? I get a sense from some questions you get that some people have difficulty in aligning certain characters with certain guilds, rather than looking at the color philosophies (e.g., Donald Duck as black/red).
Yes, the guilds are one possibility.
Does WotC print all of the cards for a block at once, or are there multiple printings while the block is in Standard?
Depends on the product. Most Standard-legal large sets have multiple printings.

Here’s my arrangement of the Hive Jump theme for piano. I added in part of the melody from another Hive Jump song, “Deployment.” Both melodies originally by BigGiantCircles. I’ll also post the sheet music for this arrangement.
