#pyro headcanons

Pyro leaves weird hieroglyphics around the base. Deciphering them is an arduous endeavor and not many do, but the hastily drawn balloonicorn next to a crushed can of bang is left on Scout’s bedroom door. He’s terrified of course

Honestly, my main headcanon that Blu Pyro is actually insane, maybe not like Medic, but you get my point(probably). Maybe Blu is also colorblind? That would explain if he'd actually kill his teammates.

I think that they both do have provision, but Red only sees rainbows and hearts while Blu occasionally sees the gore of the battle, and doesn't seem to mind.

Outside of the battle they're both creative with what they do, as people say 'silly'. But actually they have an illness. Most likely - schizophrenia. I can see them both seeing Spies occasionally, or just weird stuff, well, cute to them, but when they tell their engineer about that he goes like 'welp, alright kid.'

About their gender? I don't know. Most likely male, their mumbles is more on a 'low' voice side(though anyone can make hudah mmh sounds). Like if we'll compare Classic Pyro and Blu/Red Pyro, we can see that Classic is a woman and it was told that Classic was the only ever woman hired, so that makes us think about our Pyro. But I'll still use they/them for them.

(Also please, if you'll ever draw fem!Pyro make 'em chubby, not skinny as hell like some do.)

Back to other headcanons. They're both very creative as i said and love their team! Though Blu creeps their team more because they sent their team to respawn quite a bit times (especially Spy).

I'd bet Pyro is one of, if not the most loyal in the team, while you can't exactly rely on them since their provision, they'll still try their best to listen to you and help, even if you won't understand them.

I really like the headcanon where Pyro is a freckled ginger with burn scars n stuff. It's like... Super fricken cute and it fits him.

I also kind of have a headcanon of my own... It's a seceret though :3

But I'll give you a headcanon for something other than appearance!!

The mercs don't really know much about Pyro, the only ones who really know anything are Medic and Engie. I see Engie as a father-figure to him. He designed and built Pyro's mask not only for gas and fire protection, but also to help him see because he is blind (he burned his eyes in an accident). I think he is also autistic, because he has a whole entire world in his head that differs from reality. Plus he is non-verbal, so that makes sense (Though I do like to think he knows sign language). Since Pyro is usually wearing his suit, it dulls any sensations from physical contact, so on the rare occasions when he's not wearing his suit, the only physical contact he gets would be from Medic during physical exams. Nothing weird, just normal routine exams.

John Allerdyce? You mean the actual love of my life since 2003-ish??? The headcanon game was closed but I’m definitely down to reopen it for my boy

(Based strongly on the original live-action trilogy since I haven’t seen the cartoons in 8 million years and I can’t find my comics to reference (my life and my room are both a mess)) Tw: child abuse, cursing, run-on sentences

I’ve frequently seen and I strongly agree with the idea of John coming from an abusive family. It would explain his behaviour, his anger management problems, and his tendency to not get close to others. John’s father hated his mutation and frequently beat him for having it (which upset John even more when he thought about how close they were before his mutation came in). This also plays into part of why he loved the Brotherhood so much; he was respected, appreciated, and he was able to deal with people like his dad using the mutation his father always hated

He sincerely considered Bobby a friend. John didn’t think of him as just a roommate or just someone to hang out with because he had no one else, but as a true friend. When everything went down, it hurt more than he cared to admit because of this

I love the idea of a John redemption arc along the lines of the Brotherhood getting caught and because John’s one of the youngest, the authorities still consider him a kid and they just send him back to Xavier’s for rehabilitation. At first he’s grumpy and resentful and there’s a lot of tension, but then he meets some kids who showed up while he was away and he genuinely makes friends with them and starts working towards being better

John is bisexual because I am bisexual and because I say so

I was explaining John to my friend who’s not into X-Men and when explaining his powers I kinda just said “He’s like a fire bender, kinda” so now I can’t stop thinking about John finding someone with the same powers as him except with water and them having three kids: one who manipulates air, one who manipulates earth, and one who’s the fucking avatar

John honestly deserves so much love and respect and appreciation but if you ever genuinely said that to him, he’d think you were off your meds or something and nothing breaks my heart more

1) Something this character is truly proud of.

Killing Han, at least on his dark days. It was so hard and he could feel the battle inside of him and he hated every moment of it but he overcame that love and affection and it made him stronger. (He also has moments of pride that he’s never killed an ally on Star Killer Base. That he feels all that anger and hate, but that he has it under enough control that he doesn’t kill for no reason. That would be monstrous.) 

9) What calms them when they are upset.

Obv destroying things. (When he was a kid, Ben would keep paper in his pockets to shred.) Beyond that, pushing himself to exhaustion. It’s not uncommon for him to practice for hours in the training room, leaving soaked in sweat. It always makes him feel so empty, but accomplished. Like he’s gotten that much better.

11) This character’s favorite piece or pieces of clothing.

I’m so sorry I thought for a solid thirty seconds of how skinny his neck looks without his cloak on and the helmet on. He *likes* his whole darkside outfit a lot in terms of aesthetics but it’s very itchy and uncomfortable he knows he should like that but his padawan tunic was ridiculous soft and some days he really misses that. His helmet though, is what really makes him feel safe and powerful and like no one can see his weaknesses. Except for Hux, for some reason, that bastard seems to see though every disguise and cover. 

12) How they sleep.

When he sleeps, which is not nearly as often as it should be, he actually splurges on sleeping in comfort, because deep sleep is when he dreams, when many of his Force visions come to him, when he seems to just understand the universe. (And where, sometimes, his body is exactly how he wants it, where that turmoil of dark and light fades away into almost-serenity.) If sometimes he wakes up yelling from his dreams, well. He sleeps far away enough from the rest of the crew’s quarters for anyone to know. 

24) What they wish they could change about themselves

so much. how weak he feels always, his fear that relates to the grandfather he loves and idolizes so much, the way that the light seems to be constantly clawing at the inside of his chest, the way he can’t forget the look on uncle luke’s face when the first jedi knights of the temple began to fall, his ridiculous crush on hux, his ridiculous crush on poe that he just cant let go goddammit, the way he keeps thinking of how his mother must have reacted when she felt the last flicker of life go out of han, his face, his shoulders, the way he cant let go of the pain once he feels it, even when he wants to. (snoke tells him that hate is what makes him strong. kylo figures all this hate of himself must count.)
